MATUNTUGO, Colombia (Nov. 11, 2011) Aviation Machinist's Mate 1st Class Francisco Moreno, assigned to Riverine Squadron (RIVRON) 3, Detachment 1, fires an M240B machine gun during a live-fire exercise. RIVRON-3 is participating in Amphibious-Southern Partnership Station 2012, an annual deployment of U.S. military training teams to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.

MATUNTUGO, Colombia (November 12, 2011) U.S. Navy Riverine Squadron (RIVRON) 3 Detachment (Det.) 1 and U.S. Marines assigned to Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force (SPMAGTF) brief prior to a live fire exercise in Matuntugo on Nov. 12. The SPMAGTF consists of Marines from various commands and elements who collectively operate on a small expeditionary level in support of Amphibious-Southern Partnership Station 2012 (AMPHIB-SPS 12), an annual deployment of U.S. Military training teams to the U.S. Southern Command
